Your Final Plans document helps your Primary Contact understand and follow your wishes in the event of your passing. Please complete the steps below carefully.

Complete the Form
On the Final Plans Form page, you can:
- Enter your final wishes and instructions
- Save your information securely
- Return at any time to make updates
The form is filled directly on the website—no downloads or uploads required.
Updating Your Final Plans
If your wishes change at any time:
- Log in
- Go to Dashboard → Final Plans
- Edit the information
- Save your updates
Your most recently saved version will always be used.
Who Will See This?
Once completed:
- Only your Primary Contact will receive access.
- Access is granted only after they confirm your passing.
- No other contacts or family members can view your Final Plans.
