Enhanced Plan Details:

1. Receive a daily wellness check “Text” notification, respond simply by clicking a link in the notification *requires SMS texting, data rates may apply
2. Choose a Primary Contact to be notified if you do not respond to both the first and second “Text” notifications. The Primary Contact will gain access to the stored documents you assign them so they can follow your directions on how to proceed. The Primary Contact can also respond to “Text” notifications to reset the system
3. Choose the time of your daily wellness check “Text” notification
4. Pause notifications at any time
5. Change your notification intervals (i.e. every 2 days; every 3 days etc.)
6. Securely store your documents (formats PDF, JPEG, PNG) with bank level encrypted security and HIPAA compliance
7. Add personalized Audio or Video messages (XYZ Formats) and assign them to specific designated contacts
8. Up to 20 GB storage
9. Choose up to 20 total designees, you choose which information or documents are shared with each designee
10. Your stored documents cannot be changed or altered by anyone except you, so your information is always safe and secure
